Botox for the Feet

A pilot study has found that botulinum toxin—used in cosmetic Botox injections—reduced foot pain from neuropathy in people with type 2 diabetes. Pain from nerve damage affects more than 25 percent of people with type 2, and is hard to treat. A larger study is planned to confirm the findings.
