A recall has been issued for ReliOn syringes (lot No. 813900) for use with U-100 insulin. The syringe packaging is mislabeled, leading users to administer 2.5 times more insulin than intended. This could result in dangerously low blood glucose levels. (For more information, call 1-866-780-5436.)
