The Trouble With Takeout

Eating two takeout meals a week can wreak havoc on your waistline. An Australian study of 2,862 adults between the ages of 26 and 36 found that 38 percent of men and 18 percent of women who ate fast-food or takeout dinners at least twice a week were more likely to have abdominal obesity, defined as a waist circumference greater than 37 inches for men, 31 inches for women.
