Banana Strawberry Cream

1 large banana, peeled

1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and hulled

1/4 cup no-sugar-added vanilla yogurt

Preparation time: 5 minutes (not including overnight freezing for fruit)

1. Place the peeled banana inside a zippered plastic bag. Place the strawberries in a separate zippered plastic bag. Freeze both overnight.

2. The next day, remove the frozen fruit from the freezer. Let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Place the fruit in a blender or food processor , breaking the bananas into pieces if necessary. Add yogurt. Blend or process on high speed until mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Pour equal amounts into four cups.
