Diabetized Artichoke Dip

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained
1 (15-ounce) can white beans, drained (chickpeas or cannelini beans are good)
2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. minced prosciutto
Salt and pepper to taste
