Lemon Garlic Shrimp
ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes or to taste
1 lb. cooked, frozen, peeled, and deveined large shrimp, thawed and patted dry
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Cooking time: 8 to 10 minutes
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and crushed red pepper, and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes, until the shrimp are heated through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet.
2. Add the wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Boil until reduced by one third, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and serve.
