New Waldorf Salad
ingredients
2 cups diced apple
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
Red leaf lettuce leaves

Preparation time: 20 minutes
1. In a salad bowl, combine the apples, walnuts, celery and raisins.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Toss the dressing with the apple-nut mixture.
4. Serve the salad over lettuce leaves.
