Refreshing Limeade
ingredients
6 cups water (can also use part or all sparkling water, unflavored and unsweetened)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. light agave nectar
Crushed ice
Mint sprigs

Makes 6 cups (9 servings)
Serving size: 2/3 cup limeade with 1 cup crushed ice
Preparation time: 15 minutes
1. In a large pitcher, combine the water and lime juice. Add the agave nectar, and stir well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. For each glass, pour 2/3 cup of the limeade over 1 cup crushed ice. Add a mint sprig for garnish.
Note: “Light” agave nectar means light color and taste, not lighter in calories.
