Romaine and Tomato Salad with Chili-Spiked Ranch Dressing

ingredients

4 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves

4 plum tomatoes, cubed

1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

4 radishes, thinly sliced

2 scallions, minced

1 Tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds

Dressing

1/3 cup nonfat Ranch dressing

1 Tbsp. canned diced green chilies

1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1. Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, and scallions in a bowl. Divide among salad bowls. Top with sunflower seeds.
