Sauteed Peas
ingredients
2 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (9-oz.) box frozen peas, thawed
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
preparation
Serves 4
Serving size: ½ cup
1. Heat oil in medium sauté pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
3. Add peas and pepper and sauté until heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
