Sauteed Zucchini
ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 medium zucchini, sliced into 1-inch rounds
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced

Serving size: ½ cup
1. In a medium nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, lemon juice, and pepper; sauté 15 minutes.
2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds or until zucchini is tender.
