Sweet Chocolate Mint Banana Shake

1 medium-sized banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup nonfat milk
1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Freezing time for banana: overnight
1. Peel the banana and place it in a zip top plastic bag in the freezer overnight.
2. The next day, place the frozen banana in a blender. Add the milk, chocolate syrup, and peppermint extract. Blend until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
