Tuna Carrot Wrap

3 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. honey
Wrap
1 large (10" diameter) whole-wheat tortilla
1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup peeled, shredded carrot
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup water-packed white meat tuna, drained
3 Tbsp. reduced-fat cheddar cheese
preparation
1. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the surface of the tortilla, reserving 1 Tbsp.
2. Layer on the lettuce leaf, carrot, and cucumber.
3. Mix remaining 1 Tbsp. of the mayonnaise mixture with the tuna. Add the tuna to the vegetables. Top with the cheese. 4. Fold the sides up over the filling and roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.
