White Bean Paté

French baguette slices (optional)
Assorted raw vegetables (optional)
Paté
1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans or white navy beans, drained
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. water
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. very finely minced red onion
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

Preparation time: 10 minutes
1. Combine all paté ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and thick. Add additional water if necessary.
2. Spread paté on baguette slices or use it as a dip with raw vegetables.
